MONTREAL — September 10, 2025 – Jimmy John’s, the popular U.S. sandwich chain, has officially opened its first Canadian restaurant inside Fallsview Casino, Niagara Falls.
Known for its lightning-fast service and fresh menu options, Jimmy John’s is kicking off its Canadian expansion with plans to launch 12 more locations before 2025 ends. Upcoming cities include Winnipeg, Ottawa, and multiple locations across the Greater Toronto Area.
“This is the start of a bold nationwide growth strategy,” said Peter Mammas, CEO of Foodtastic, which operates the brand in Canada. “We’re excited to bring our unique experience to Canadian customers.”
The Niagara Falls opening will be followed by a grand opening event later this month.
