INDIANAPOLIS – As wildfire smoke spreads across the U.S. and Canada, Carrier is launching a program to help homes and businesses keep the air inside clean and safe. The HVAC leader is recommending three key steps: upgrade filters, seal gaps, and add portable HEPA purifiers.

“Clean indoor air is vital during wildfire events,” said Nick Arch, Vice President of Residential Solutions. “Our solutions are engineered to help people stay protected even when the air outside is hazardous.”

Carrier is also giving back, donating $2.5 million worth of air purification units to schools and frontline workers in Los Angeles.
