AgentCX Labs has unveiled the Founding Beta of its innovative Agent Builder Studio, a platform that empowers agencies and business process outsourcers (BPOs) to create, brand, and deploy AI agents without the need for coding expertise. This prompt-based platform simplifies the process by allowing users to articulate their requirements in plain language. It then generates a proposed agent configuration, encompassing the model, knowledge base, actions, and system prompt. Users have the flexibility to review and customize the setup before rolling it out to clients.
Operating as an orchestration layer, AgentCX Labs enables agencies and BPOs to leverage their existing AI infrastructure. This approach ensures they are not confined to a single AI provider. Users can seamlessly connect their accounts with various AI model providers, voice and messaging platforms, and databases. The platform’s integrations span across notable providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, Retell, Vapi, and ElevenLabs. Additionally, the system supports white-label features, including custom domains, client subaccounts, branding controls, and agency-managed billing, allowing agencies to deliver AI services under their own brand identity.
The first AI agent developed using Agent Builder Studio is a white-labeled Web Chat Agent, now accessible to AgentCX Labs’ clientele. Agencies can tailor the agent’s greeting, branding, and knowledge base before integrating it into a client’s website. The agent comes equipped with features like lead capture, human handoff, and optional CRM integration through webhooks. The Founding Beta is also being expanded to cover a range of applications such as CRM agents, email support, document processing, research and enrichment agents, and Slack-based AI assistants.
AgentCX Labs emphasizes that the new platform is specifically designed to assist agencies and BPOs in broadening their AI service offerings while retaining control over their existing infrastructure, client relationships, and branding. The Agent Builder Studio is presently available through an invite-only Founding Beta, and the company is currently accepting applications from interested agencies and BPOs wishing to join the program.
